The <br />road from the permit boundary up to ftre portal area has a small amount of gullying. <br />The remaining road (from the gate, off the county road) Is In good shape. <br />Both the coal sates/flpple area and the portal ores of ftre mine have ID signs up and <br />both areas appear to have their permit boundarys marked. Overall these two areas <br />have been stable and look the same as they did last year (February 1999). <br />
