T::e date that ce prociem is resolved or the date t.9at t7e operator <br />is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br />RESOLUTION IN PROGRESS <br />1. Install mine identification marker and permit markers at the truck scale <br />facility by September 1, 1982. Compliance deadline extended, see Section 4.02 of this <br />report. <br />3. Seed, mulch and fertilize all pond embanlanents, topsoil stockpiles and the mine <br />bench outslope by November 1, 2982. All steps necessary to provide for a good seedbed <br />and seeding success should be taken.' <br />4. Remove waste material and coal from the truck scale facility and dispose of <br />properly by September Z, 1982. Compliance deadline extended, see Section 4.04 of this <br />report. <br />OPERATOR DELINQUENT <br />2. Item number 2 of the June 17, 1982 inspection report required that an application <br />for a technical revision for removal and disposal of rock fall and landslide material <br />be submitted to the Division by August 1, 1982. This has not yet been received by the <br />Division. <br />END OF REPORT <br />
