OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE:
1. The mining and reclamation plans have be significantly altered from what
was originally permitted.
2. The operator is utilizing the access road and plant site currently located
on the Holly Sugar Permit - 77-304 (map).
3. The current reclamation costs in all probability do not reflect current
conditions.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. The operator will need to amend the entire permit application by no later
than July 8, 1985. The amendment should include 4 complete copies of the
application with attached exhibits. All exhibits must comply with rule 2 of
the Regulations. Current reclamation cost calculations will also be included.
