No permit numbers were visible on the Robinson Brick Co. sign. This must be remedied
within 30 days.
2. Boundary markers for the southwest and southeast corners need to be placed. It ie clear
from the maps and the partial fencing around the site that the Operator is mining within the
boundaries, but this still must be remedied within 30 days.
3. Topsoil ie being saved in accordance with the mining plan, but it needs to be seeded.
Plane are in place for its revegetation.
4. The pit and the stockpiles surrounding it are approximately 140' across (measured with
a measuring wheel) and about 700' long (5 x width). No water ie going in or out of the pit,
since the stockpiles serve ae a runoff barrier and there ie no groundwater in the pit.
East pit: (40 acres)
1. No signs or markers visible at this part of the site. The disturbed area is approximately
one acre, but a sign should still be posted (along with the markers).
2. Topsoil has been revegetated; this site has not been worked in some years, and except for
a stockpile of white clay, appears to be abandoned.
No other problems noted at either pit on this site.
I & E Contact Addreee
NAME Michael Leidich
OPERATOR Robinson Brick Co.
STREET P.O.
