The problem noted in the Division's
October 28, 2002 inspection report has now been abated. There is no longer a need for a
technical revision to incorporate a weed control plan into your mining and reclamation
permit. We encourage you to continue your weed control efforts for all noxious weed at
the Perry Pit, including tamarix.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Thomas A.
