of the four-year monitoring program conducted by the Division of

2. An appropriate sign is posted at the mine entrance and the boundaries are marked. Disturbance at
the site consists of a small excavated area, adjacent to the roadway that has been graded and
seeded. Mr. Keith indicated that the reclamation activities at the site were completed approximately
five years ago.
3. Vegetation at the site is currently poor. Mr. Keith indicated that the topsoil available at the site is
decomposed granite. The area serves as a draw for the slope on which it is located. Boulders have
been place at the base of the slope within the draw to control erosion, as was suggested in the previous
inspection report.
