A partial inspection was conducted to observe progress of the Phase I leach pad
construction. Weather conditions were cool and cloudy at 10:00 A.M. Activities observed
included compaction of the clay liner in the east portion of the pad, toward Arequa Gulch;
a crew of rock pickers removing oversize rocks from the compacted clay liner; and the Gundle
crews preparing for "detail" work on the 80 ml liner in the lower collection area of the pad.
No seaming work was done during the inspection, presumably due to adverse weather conditions.
2. Weather conditions became worse by 1:00 P.M. and the Gundle crew had left the site.
Small snowflakes began to fall over the pad area.
3. No problems were noted.
I 6 E Contact Addreae
NAME John Hardaway
OPERATOR Crioole Creek 6 Victor Gold
STREET P.O.
