S~ <br />III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of CDMG. Karl Koehler <br />represented the operator. <br />The ground was dry and the weather was warm. Trapper has not received precipitation for <br />at least two weeks. <br />Draglines were in operation in D, F.and A pits. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />No Name #2 pond was discharging an estimated 150 9Pm. No problems were found with the <br />drop inlet. <br />SLIDES AND DAMAGE <br />Last month's inspection report described an approximate 200-ft. long gully on the D-pit <br />Phase II bond release block. The gully cut across a contour ditch. The operator has <br />since repaired the gully by filling it with brush. The contour ditch has also been <br />repaired. <br />Page 3 <br />
