(Page 2)
MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: rn-t9a~-n~a
INSPECTION DATE: nrtohwr 75, ~nm
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: AI A
This inspection was conducted as a routine inspection to comply with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board's directive
that all mines be inspected once every four years.
Mr. Walt Isenbart was present for this inspection. The mine sign was noted to be in place, visible, but was not legible. This
is noted as a problem on page 1, and corrective action is specified on page 3 of this report. The mine boundary markers were
located. A discrepancy was discovered between the permit area map and the legal desalption. The map (copy enclosed)
and the boundary markers indicate an area 350' x 1200', while the legal description (copy enclosed) indicates 620' x 600'.
This is also noted as a problem an page 1, and corrective action is spedtied on page 3 of this report.
No problem was noted with water control or erosion, water falling on the disturbed area does not leave the area.
Topsoil has been salvaged, stockpiled and vegetated, and appears to be stable.
One area of pit highwall was noted on the east side of the pit, it dos not appear to present a problem except that the highwall
is close to the apparent boundaries, therefore must be backfilled to reduce the slope for reclamation.
No fuel or oil storage was noted on the site.
Bond calculation is not required as this is a county operation.
C,~~~~ m«x-P #
7ogq 3400 ~f7 .~9~ 3as9

1 & E Contact Address a.
. ]im Stevens
^ CE
NAME: Lvnda Brownfield ^ BL

OPERATOR: ~t Carson Counq~ ^ HW
STREET: P.O.
