The possible violations should ba <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. DMG has not received an appropriately completed annual report, originally due 8/27/98. <br />Failure to submit an annual report may result in enforcement action with associated civil penalties. <br />Please complel:e the enclosed annual report form, required by Rule 1.15, and return to the DMG <br />Durango Office, 484 Turner Drive, Building F, Suite 101, Durango, CO 81301. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit an appropriately completed annual report, originally due 8/27/98, <br />by December 31 1 <br />12/31 /98 <br />PB or PV PB <br />TOPICIS) <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to Rule 4.2.1, DMG has reviewed the cost of reclamation for the Dalton Land & <br />Cattle Pit and has determined the existing financial warranty, in the amount of 56,800, is <br />insufficient to ensure reclamation. DMG preliminary reclamation cost estimation totals 574,022. <br />Pursuant to Rule 4.2.112-, the operator has sixty (60) days to provide additional financial warranty <br />to total not less than 574,022. However, the Act and Rules provide options for modification of <br />the existing permit whereby the cost of reclamation may be reduced significantly.
