' • (Page 2) <br />r <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-1977-959 <br />INSPECTION DATE: n7/n7/nn INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: C'I K <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The following observations were made during an acreage-release inspection made at <br />the request of the Operator. <br />1) Signs were posted as required by the Rules. The boundaries have been marked with <br />fencing, road boundaries, and posts, except along the eastern active border of the <br />pit. This must be remedied within 30 days. (PB1) <br />2) Adequate topsoil to reclaim the active portion of the site has been stockpiled and <br />seeded. The current area of disturbance in the actively worked portion of the site <br />appears to be approximately 13.6 acres, in accordance with the Reclamation Plan. <br />3) Approximately 35.3 acres have been reclaimed and are currently being developed as <br />a residential area. Roads, sewage lines, lined ditches, and grading area all <br />consistent with the residential plans which have been filed with the County, This <br />area qualifies for release from reclamation responsibility, and will be removed <br />from the permit area at this time. <br />4) While the reclamation plan mentions that the work on this site will be done in <br />phases, and the largest one is 13-66 acres, for which the currently posted bond <br />of $24,000.00 is adequate, the noted maximum allowed permit area is the entire <br />acreage of the site.
