The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />DATE <br />PROBLEM: <br />The permit requires a topsoil replacement depth of an average of PB or PV:PB <br />6". There does not appear to be enough topsoil on site to meet TOPIC(S):TS <br />the 6" replacement depth due to loss in the pit and filling in a Juae 1, 2005 <br />small depression off site. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator will need to demonstrate that 6" of topsoil is <br />available to reclaim the site in accordance with the approved <br />plan, or provide an alternative source of topsoil to reclaim the <br />site in the form of a revision to the permit. In addition, the <br />operator will need to salvage any topsoil lost to the pit and <br />prevent any additional loss of topsoil. Such demonstration or <br />revision must be submitted on or before June 1, 2005. <br />
