MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: nn_tiaRnaaa <br />INSPECTION DATE: ~n-~n-m INSPECTOR'S INifIALS: aK <br />The inspection was conducted as part of the bi weekly construction progress inspection of the site on 10- <br />31-02. Present during the inspection were, Mark Tidquist and Tim Comer of CC&V. The site had received <br />some snow the past few days, which was evident, on the ground. Inspected the Phase IV (B) AND (C) <br />AREAS. Due to the snow cover, in the construction areas, there was no construction activity at the time of <br />the inspection. The PSSA geomembrane, lined area was walked and inspected. The liner that had to be <br />replaced due to water encroachment, on the clay, appeared to have been repaired and no major problem <br />was noted. <br />The LVSCS, PSSA AREA, WAS HOLDING SOME WATER, which appeared frozen. Once the weather warms up, <br />--theinrater will be pumped andiinerworkwilttommeirc~Accerding to Martr c,-if tfie w- Bather cooperates, they <br />plan to finish liner work in the area, by the end of November. No major problem noted. <br />Inspected the Iron Clad Globe Hill areas. Overburden was being deployed at the time of the inspection. No <br />major problem noted. Storm water drainage system for the area appeared to be in good repair. <br />Inspected the high and low volume solution collection areas for Phase I AND IIIregnant solution area and <br />- Zotlectedthe~llowmg rea8ingsfirom tFe ~Tt an~Low volume solution collection system. Phase I <br />High volume solution collection transducer # 1 WAS MEASURED AT 45.7, #2 WAS AT 48.2 AND # III WAS <br />AT 48.2, (ALL READINGS ARE IN HYDROSATIC FEET OF HEAD). PIEZOMETER FOR THE AREA WAS AT 56.1. <br />LOW VOLUME SOLUTION COLLECTION TARNSDUCER # 1 WAS AT .14 AND # 2 WAS AT .16 (FEET OF <br />HEAD). PHASE II HIGH VOLUME SOLUTION COLLECTION TRANSDUCER # 4 WAS AT 19.2, # 5 WAS AT 18.4 <br />AND # 6 WAS AT 18.7. THE PIEZOMETER FOR THE AREA WAS 37 FEET. <br />INSPECTED THE EXTERNAL POND, IT WAS HOLDING WATER, WHICH APPEARD PARTIALLY FROZEN. While <br />in the area, collected the following readings from the low volume solution collection system <br />transducers.10.5 and 12.8 (inches of head) no problem noted. <br />Inspected the under drain area. The pump back system is in place, according to the operators <br />representative present at the time of inspection, all the connection of the under drain system and back <br />filling and stabilizing of the area, should be completed by no later than the end of November.
