benchmark the entire site and all existing and future operations. The existing
survey may need to be adjusted since it did not encompass all affect d lands, and
did not provide for visual references over the property that woul allow these
lands to be defined or discussed intelligently. To return to the site in advance of
this evaluation would probably fail to enhance the purposes of the existing
survey.
The aerial information may require re measurement and identificati n of corners
on the ground. For this reason, any future on site measurements are pending
analysis of this information and review and comment by your Office and Larimer
County Planning.
While the 1996 aerial is tilted by the topography, we trust there will be sufficient
accuracy to allow for all internal measurements to be measured an mapped by
computer [CAD-CAM]. The existing survey will be reordered and corners
placed in the field to identify both property boundary corners an present day
limit of affected lands. Each area in the aerial will be described ac ording to its
nature, extent, and purpose. An extraction and reclamation sch dine will be
developed around this information, and intent of excavation over time will be
identified in a new Regular Impact [112] Construction Materials Per it.
The remedy, assuming the DMG and the County will allow some pe
the internal measurements of the site.
