III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the rnspection. The comments Include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts ar evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete Inspection of the Ohro Creek #2 Coal Mme for the 4'" quarter, 2002. The weather <br />was dry. Recent rains have had some impact on the vegetation. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The site is stable with no signs of any appreciable erosion. <br />General Mine Comoliance• No problems were observed. <br />Reclamation Success: Cattle have been allow to graze the site but at the time of the inspection, the <br />cattle were moved off the reclaimed area.
