The purpose of the visit was to evaluate progress of the
corrective action plan ana to investia_ate the loose rock ana rock r;hip problem
aggresses in vour letter.
Staff found two large rocks on the Cedar heights access road. One was about
the size of a football and was located next to the curb by the guard house.
Tne otner rock was about the size of a basketball and was adjacent to the
culvert entrance which goes unaer the Cesar Heights access road, .lust north
ana west of the guard house. Both of these rocks aooear to have come from the
cliffs or bluff aajacent to the Cesar heignts access road and not From Castle
Concrete.
The rocK Chios in the road nutter ao aooear to have come from Castle
brooerty. Mr. Gordon Morgan said that he would have his staff clean the road
nutter of the rocK chins.
The source of the rock chin material is the small drainage where HR-6 was to
be installed, and associateo road runoff. The corrective action plan is
oesigned to correct this problem. To facilitate imolemention of the
corrective action plan, we stronol_v urge your association and Castle to come
to an agreement on what to do about HR-b drainage prior to June.
Please feel free to contact Bruce Humonries about these matters if you have
questions or concerns.
Si~~ rely,
~~
i0 i rec for
FRB/scg
cc: Gorgon Morgan.
