On or just prior to the 9th of August, 1999, Rob Mangone of Rocky
Mountain Materials and Asphalt, Inc., called you and asked for an extension on our 9
August suspense date for our watershed analysis report as we were having problems
determining what a "two year rain event" was. During this conversation with Rob you
extended our suspense date until the 28'" of September, 1999.
You stated you had received our watershed analysis prior to the 28 September
suspense date and you had not studied it in great detail to date. We hope our plan
is satisfactory and meets the requirements of the State. If we don't here from you,
we will assume the watershed analysis is satisfactory.
Respectfully,
ert C. Stack
Manager, R.C.L.L.C.
