These easements :vere gra.^.*.ed to the Porte: Scepagc <br />Ditch in 1919 and allows our company to drain water through this easement across your <br />property to the South Platte River. <br />Mining operations have commenced in accordance with our permit and we now <br />desire to fence off our easement in accordance with Colorado law while providing an <br />access point for your horses to cross this easement. For our own benefit and to assist <br />with concerns you may have, we need to develop a ditch stabilization and erosion control <br />'plan.
