IV, ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required <br />abatement and date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring <br />abatement and the termination of violations cited during previous inspections. <br />Payment of NOV's CV-2002-001 and CV-2002-002 has been received by the Division. <br />The abatement deadline for CV-2002-002 has been extended by the Division Director <br />to June 12, 2002. One certified receipt for the house at 20730 Highway 12 remains <br />to be received by the mine. Verbal contact with the owner indicates he has <br />received the notice.
