(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #; ~~-toco-nor <br />INSPECTION DATE: i~ iap ~ 4, ~nn5 INSPECTORS INITIALS: -.AJ1~L <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This was a full financial and performance warranty inspection conducted by Tony Waldron of DMG along with <br />Jerry Novak of Classic Communities, Inc. The site is located on an undeveloped piece of property located near <br />and just northwest of the intersection of South Academy Blvd and I-25 in Colorado Springs, CO. The 300+ acre <br />parcel consists of a fairly undisturbed area of steeply rolling knobs and hills with a drainage along the northwest <br />side of the property. The north pit was one of three 1 lOc pits on the property located primarily on the upland <br />knobs of the hills. <br />The site had been properly backfilled re-graded and it appeared that all available topsoil had been replaced. <br />Vegetation consisting of crested wheatgrass, intermediate wheatgrass, smooth brome, c~tc. was well <br />established over the affected area and appeared to be in its second year of growth. No erosional features <br />were observed and geotechnically the site appeared to be stable.
