No reclamation has occurred to-date.
The reclamation plan and its costs were reviewed during the inspection. The present bond amount of $29,932 is considered
sufficient at this time. The operator is reminded to perform all grading necessary on pit slopes that are in their final location,
and commence revegetation in areas that will not be disturbed in the future, to minimize the reclamation liability. This will be
especially important when the second mining phase is to begin, presuming that the first phase may still require some
reclamation.
At this time there were no problems noted. No further items were observed during the inspection. Responses to this inspection
report should be directed to the Division of Minerals and Geology, 701 Camino del Rio, Room 125, Durango, Colorado 81301,
Attn: Bob Oswald; phone no. 970-247-5193.
I & E Contact Address
NAME
OPERATOR
STREET
CITY/STATERIP
Todd Stockbrand
Asphalt Constructors.
