L:,. ~ ,._._., i ~..-- , _.~ „ <br />i'hia letter and attached dingrema is to satisfy the undefined requirement in <br />July 26,1983, N.O.V. 83-25 for Grand Mesa Coal Co. <br />The diversion east of the refuse area was regraded July 22, 1983, using a small <br />dozer. Diagram A (aportion of the Affected Land Map ~2.Oy.3(2)(a)-2 from permit <br />application ;;C-034-81) shows the location of the diversion ditch in relation to <br />the proposed Underground Development Wsated Disposal Area(refuse area). Survey <br />stations and cross-section locations are also shown on Diagram A. Diagram B <br />shows the profile of the diversion ditch(note the vertical exageration) and two <br />representative cross-s.ctiona. Elevations were taken on 20' intervals with <br />three pointo showing up low.
