The ponds are stable and capable of functioning as designed.
All culverts and ditches were inspected and two required minor cleaning. All were found to be
capable of functioning as designed.
GENERAL MINE COMPLIANCE: The site is well maintained and erosionally stable. No problems
were noted during the inspection.
EXCESS SPOILS AND DEVELOPMENT WASTE: The waste pile is stable and all water is diverted
off the top and into ditches. The pile's face has been partially reclaimed and has been
seeded and covered with an excelsior mat to protect the topsoil and promote vegetative growth.
