III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the Inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology. The pers~it for this site has been <br />revoked and the site is on a reduced inspection frequency of two <br />inspections per year. The vegetation on the site was sampled by <br />the DMG during the summers of 2002 and 2003 to determine success of the <br />revegetation efforts and ro assist in a determination for the purposes <br />of termination of jurisdiction. <br />Overall, the mine site appears in average condition going in to the <br />winter seaso;.. <br />
