<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />On August 17, 1994 an aerial inspection was conducted at the Marr Strip mine. <br />Conditions at the time of the inspection were clear and dry. <br />Large format oblique aerial photographs were taken of the site. These photos were <br />reviewed September 9, 1994. The Photographs are identified as: <br />08/94 #:32 (F:005, - 720 Pit looking north <br />08/94 #:32 (F:006, - 720 Pit looking north <br />08/94 #:32 (F:008, - Pit #1 looking south <br />08/94 #:32 (F:009, - Pit #1 looking southwest <br />The first two photos show the entire 720 area. About 60% of the area has been <br />topsoiled. The northern potions of the 720 area have been completely topsoiled as <br />well as the center portion. The southern portion of the western flank of 720 pit area <br />and the area of the former location of the overburden pile were not topsoiled. <br />
