<br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M i gRn-m a <br />INSPECTION DATE: niigy °~S, 7nm <br />OBSERVATIONS <br /> <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: in a <br />~~/F <br />1 inspection_This inspection was conducted at the direction of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />which requires an inspection of each mining operation be conducted once every four years This inspection is <br />focussed on compliance with the approved reclamation permit. <br />2 General: The approximately 59 acre 112 sand and gravel pit is located aooroximately 16 miles from Hartsel <br />along Park County Road 59. The pit workings are shallow and include stockpiles of material ready for use. <br />T~soil is being saved in stockpiles. The pit was idle at the time of our inspection. <br />3 Sign: Located at the entrance to the property, The sign is loosing some of it's letters and is difficult to read. This <br />should be repaired.. <br />4 Boundaries: The boundary markers appear to be in place and adequately delineate the Hermit area.
