The inspection was lambed to the Section 24 <br />portion of the pemtit area. <br />The tipple area vegetation was in good ooadition sad no etoaonel features we[e observed The Dnclc <br />Pond area vegetation was in ea~cellem condition, with good cover and diversity. 'Ihe gully on the aoutle <br />end of the reclaimed area continaee 6o etabiti~a, ae vegetation was observed in the bottom and aides of <br />flue gaIly. Thu Orphan Pit vegetation also was in excellent condition, and appeared adequate to control <br />erosion. The golly at the south sad of this area also is slabiliung. The gully aY the east sad, where the <br />dtaiaage from the rechmned area transitions to the undiabnbed area, continues bo downcat. At tl-e <br />deepest point, the guIly was 2' deep. Vegeffition was not observed in the gany, suggesting it is has not <br />stabili~sd It did not appear, however, that the golly posed a threat to the envitnnment or to public <br />safety at this time. <br />
