The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROHLSDl3/P039IHL8 VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRHCTIVS ACTIONS <br />1'~ PROBLEM: <br />Canadian thistle, a state listed noxious weed, was noted along PB or PV:PB <br />the base of the waste pile. TOPIC (S):Rv <br />07 19/06 <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator will need to control the presence of this noxious <br />weed in accordance with the weed management plan. Documentation <br />in the form of photographs or receipts will need to be submitted <br />to the Division on or before July 19, 2006. <br />PB or PV:PH <br />2' PROBLEM: TOPIC(S):HH <br />Silt fences installed at the base of the waste pile were 3S full 07/19/06 <br />of sediment and will need to be maintained. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator will need to clean or replace the silt fences and <br />provide documentation in the form of photographs or receipts on <br />or before July 19, 2006. <br />
