<br /> <br /> <br />(Page 2) <br /> <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-80-244 <br />INSPECTION DATE: 428-00 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: _@I~ <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The Division conducted a monitoring and pre operational inspection of the Amendment on 4-28-00 Present during the <br />The ore-operational inspection of the Amendment #8 area began around the American Eagle over look area. Scott Lewis <br />gave a brief explanation of the Amendment area using an Arial Photograph and a map He explained how the Squaw Gulch <br />and Arequa Gulch areas would be expanded under the pending Amendment. He also pointed out the main Cresson mine <br />and how it is planned to be expanded under the Amendment. The inspection continued to the Island Schist area of the <br />Amendment where the northern most expansion of the permit Amendment area was pointed out from that location. <br />Inspected the East west and South portion of the pending Amendment areas both Scott Lewis and Lawrence Myers gave a <br />brief explanation of the pending Amendment area. LIMIT IS 2 FEET OF HEAD <br />HIGH VOLME TRANSDUCERS #4 READ 15.4 #S READ 18.0 AND #6 READ 20.9 feel of head. LIMIT IS 47 FFET OF HEAD. <br />
