COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection The comments include discussion of observations made dunng <br />the inspection Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (Division) on Wednesday July 27. 2005. Kent Gorham of the Division reviewed <br />seven oblique aerial photographs in the office on August 1.2005. This site is currently in the <br />public comment period of the final Phase IIlIII bond release process <br />Hvdroloaic Balance <br />The pond at the site was clearly visible in one of the photos taken. The bottom appeared <br />green and it may have had a small amount of water in it from recent rainfall This pond is <br />approved to remain as a permanent impoundment. The site appeared in excellent condition. No issues requiring <br />immediate on-the-ground inspection were noted in any of the photos taken. <br />Rechmat~on Success <br />
