OBSERVATIONS OF IhIPOKTANCE:
I. Two large topsoil stockpiles have been stripped since Mark Loye's last inspection.
2. The southeast area of this perm2t has been regraded 3-1 or less, but there
appears to be a lack of plant growth medium for revegetation.
3. Topsoil stockpiles have not been seeded at this time.
