Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. The Rimrock Mine consists of approximately seven acres of reclamation. The <br />2004 growing season ~s the eleventh (11) growing season after reseeding. The ground was dry <br />and the weather was warm <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />The single sediment pond at the site held water about 16 inches below the trickle tube outlet. <br />The pond still has significant sediment capacity remaining.
