General Comments <br />This was a partial inspection of the Ohio Creek Mine No. 2. <br />The Nu Mine adit was visited on this inspection. Water was flowing from the adit at less <br />than one gallon per minute. It is estimated that the flow was approximately 5 gallons per <br />hour. It was evident that water leaving the adit would never reach the drainage about a <br />mile below. A pond immediately below the adit contains most of the water and at this visit <br />contained the entire amount. A second larger pond below should be adequate to contain the <br />flow even~on a wet year. Mr. Weaver reported that the flow was about one gallon per <br />minute two months ago. <br /> <br />
