It appears
that the immediate problems with the tires, barrels, and disposal of "fresh concrete" have
been resolved. Your plan for containing waste concrete and wash water is acceptable.
There is one item which does need to be taken care of: any pit which backfills inert fill
must file a notice with us. This notice was required by Rule 3.1.5.(a) of our old Rules
and regulations, and is now Rule 3.1.5(9) of the new Construction Materials Rules (see
Problem 1 of the Problems/Possible Violation page of the December 18, 1995 inspection
report). There is no fee required to file this notice but the Rules require it. Please file
this notice by the end of March 1996. In case you don't have a copy of what is needed,
I am enclosing a copy for you.
If you have further questions please contact me.
Sincerely,
-~-~-tr~
Gregg R.
