III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown on October 30, 2001 by Harry Ranney of the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. Kent Gorham of CDMG reviewed oblique <br />aerial photos in the office on November 5, 2001. The weather on this day was <br />conducive for good photography. The Rimrock Mine consists of approximately seven <br />acres of reclamation. <br />Hvdroloaic Balance <br />The lone sediment pond was clearly visible in one of the four photos taken. The <br />embankment appeared normal and the pond was devoid of standing water. No flow <br />could be discerned in adjacent Engleville Gulch. <br />Slides and Damage <br />3 <br />
