Chemical sensitive areas <br />ENFORCEMENT <br />It is an objective of the Montezuma County Weed Control Program that through a <br />thorough understanding of the detrimental effects of noxious weeds that the public will <br />control such weeds as provided for in Sections 35-5.5-109 and 110 of the Colorado Weed <br />Management Act. <br />Montezuma County, through its pernutting process, will require that all permits <br />issued for pipelines, utility corridors, sub-divisions, roads and other vegetation disturbing <br />activities, will only be issued after all requirements of the State Noxious Weed Law and <br />the County Weed Plan has been met. In addition, all pipeline and utility corridor permits <br />and contracts will require that Noxious Weeds be controlled in perpetuity. <br />
