Don Blake, Lincoln County Administrator, was present for the inspection.
The permit area is properly identified with a proper sign and adequate boundary markers.
This is a 3.2 acre permit. It appears that about 2 acres have been disturbed.
The permit slopes are at or near reclamation grades. The slopes are eroded and the sediment from the erosion
is on the pit floor. There is no positive drainage from the pit.
The county is undecided at this time whether to continue mining at this site or to begin reclamation. If the
county decides to reclaim the site, the pit slopes should be regarded before being topsoiled. The topsoil has
been salvaged.
There are no problems at this permit area.
I & E Contact Address
NAME:
OPERATOR: Lincoln County
STREET: P C) Rnx 39
CITY/STATE/ZIP: Huga, c~ RnR~t
Cc: Harry Posey- DMG via e-mail
