Please note the ZMK mining Co. with permit # M-1991-146 is adversely
affecting our property located at 1128 County Road 23. Last fall, the
heavy machinery came onto our property to make a "built.to fail" levy.
This spring, the levy was breached and the erosion has.taken about 100
feet of our property. The river is badly damaged.and need a regulatory
check to see if actions are compliant and how we can minimize the loss of
our land.
