On or about August 2, 2007, a booster pump was used to augment the performance <br />of Pump #1. <br />The two transducers within Phase P/b LVSCS of the VLF began to indicate levels of over (24) <br />twenty four inches during the afternoon of Sunday, August 5, 2007. <br />
