(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: ~~-iaau_n~n <br />INSPECTION DATE: e-r ~-n~ INSPECTORS INITIALS; -1D-_ <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />Completed an inspection of this operation as part of a Mined Land Reclamation Board directive to inspect <br />every mine in the state at least once every four years. The site was last inspected 4.20-99. <br />This is a small 1 TO pit located about 6 miles southwest of Flagler. <br />This is an active mine. Mining is progressing from west to east. Topsoil stockpiles are located on the south side of <br />the permit area. <br />The wesfern side of the permit area has been adequately graded and is stable. The operator is reclaiming the <br />disturbance concurrent with mining activities. <br />A mine ID sign has been installed at the entrance of fhe permit area.
