Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following proolems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in <br />the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />83-3 Update the hydrologic monitoring records at the mine to include <br />all current monitoring conducted since November 1, 1982 by June 7, 1983. <br /> <br />
