BACKFILL AND GRADING <br />A small amount of grading is currently required at the facilities area adjacent to Oak Creek to complete <br />the requirements of the reclamation plan. There has been no activity on this reclamation. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES <br />A privately owned, small, portable, storage shed within, or close to, the permit boundary near the North <br />Haul Road entrance from RCR 179 was still in place. <br />An office building and associated pazking azea still remains on site. There was no sign of change in <br />condition. <br />Sedimentation ponds were covered with snow. The embankments appeared, from a distance, to be in <br />good repair. <br />The String of Peazls check dams were covered with snow. They appeared, from a distance, to be in <br />good repair. <br />TOPSOIL <br />A small storage pile of topsoil is retained for the remaining reclamation of the of the facilities area in <br />the vicinity of Oak Creek. It could not be identified through the snow cover. <br />REVEGETATION <br />Revegetated areas were covered with snow. There did not appear to be any erosional featw•es. <br />SLIDES AND DAMAGE <br />There was no appeazance of slides or damage through the snow cover. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS <br />As near as could be determined through the snow coverage, that reclamation accomplished to date <br />appeared to be successful. <br />C-1980-001 CC Inspection 04 April 2006, page 4 of 7 pages <br />
