During the inspection, three <br />large haul trucks were moving waste rock from the area noted as the original 110 <br />permit area. The material was being hauled 20 miles down the plant site in <br />Wellsville, approximately 7 miles east of Salida. The operator estimates that <br />approximately 2,000 to 3,000 tons of material will be hauled to the plant site. <br />After the Division's inspection, a letter was sent by the Division of Wildlife (DOW) that <br />allowed a one time extension for work to proceed to the end of October, 2006. A copy of the <br />letter was sent to the operator under separate cover.
