Walker from eight aerial photographs [00- <br />08-241(1) through 8(8) on file at the Division] taken try, and an oral debriefing of, Mr. Harty <br />Ranney, Environmental Protection Specialist of the Division. Mr. Ranney stated that he saw no <br />problems at the site. <br />Hydrologic Balance There is no water in the sedimentation pond (Picture 3}. There appears to <br />be some in the sewage treatment lagoon (Photographs 3 and ~. There is no visual indication of <br />surface runoff in any of the photographs. <br />Bacldlling and Grading Placement of flyash, cover fry spoil, badffilling of spal cap, and <br />placernerrt of topsoil (topsand) in final grade is evident in Photographs 1 and 2. The work, in <br />echelon, is underway at the south end of the B Pfi. All of this work appears to be in compliance <br />with the permit. <br />Support Facilities The determination of in compliance is derived from information on <br />Photographs 3 (Sedimentation Pond) and 4 and 7 (Faalities Area). <br />0ltrer Photographs 5 and 6 are of the mulch/soil enhancement (private operates) activity in the <br />southeast comer of the permit area <br />C-81-028, Pape 3 of `~ Pepes, initials: ~, date: _s"~1.~ov <br />
