s • <br />INSPECTION REPORT - PAGE 2 <br />FILE N0, 80-110 <br />DATE: April 9, 1985 <br />OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE: <br />A. As outlined in the permit: <br />1, All topsoil to remain on site and will be stockpiled in the 25 foot <br />setback along the perimeter. <br />2. Ample topsoil was found on site prior to mining and 6-12 inches is <br />to be replaced on graded slopes upon completion. <br />B. Only topsoil pile found was on extreme South side (85'L x 11'W x 6'H). <br />Overburden pile on extreme NW corner is not topsoil. <br />C. Operator mined to extreme N edge of site extending out of the permit with <br />fence falling into pit. Operator states operation will advance to N into <br />newly permitted site. (Colorado Sand and Gravel - Sandy Acres). <br />D. Operator to use Budge to mine N area deeper. Plant site to S of mine area. <br />E.
