There has been no infestation of noxious weeds, <br />though occasional Canada thistle, Oxeye daisy and Houndstongue have been observed. The most <br />common weeds at the site are Curleycup gumweed, Houndstongue, and Mullein. Reclamation <br />has been reported as successful. Adverse environmental or public health and safety conditions do <br />not currently exist and are not expected to develop. <br />Proposed Reduced Inspection Frequency <br />The Division proposes to perform one complete inspection and three partial inppections of the <br />site per state fiscal yeaz (July 1 -June 30). This reduced inspection frequency will commence <br />during the 2003-2004 state fiscal yeaz. The inspections will assess the success of accomplished <br />and natural reclamation of the site as well as evaluate the potential for development of adverse <br />environmental or public health and safety conditions at the site. <br />
