The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />DATE <br />Mining has occurred outside of the permit boundary area; <br />specifically a portion of the waste pile in the South Quarry is PB or PV:PV <br />15' outside of the permit boundary area and the rock pallets and TOPIC (S):MP/OD <br />mining equipment is stored on a 1 acre parcel outside of the July 22, 2002 <br />permit boundary. This is considered a possible violation o£ <br />C.R.S. 34-32.5-116(1) and 34-32.5-116(4)(1) of the Colorado Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS; <br />The operator must move the material inside the permit area and <br />reclaim the affected land, submit a 112 Conversion Application, <br />or submit a 110 Amendment Application and Acreage Release <br />Request concurrently. Proof of compliance or submittal of a <br />complete application is required by July 22, 2002. <br />
