And that as an <br />Operator, we do not plan to "tenporarily cease production of the <br />mining operation foi- 180 days or rtnre..." Rule 1.13.5 <br />Similarly, we cannot: meet the terms of Rule 1.13.7 where mining oper- <br />ations are inactive exceeding one year. We have an agreement with <br />CDOT to load and hats fran stockpiles in the pit according to their <br />requiranents. If we were to file an a~*~+p*+t or technical revision <br />to this effect, we would violate our permit any time we allowed any <br />of our custaners access to stockpiles in the Southway Pit. <br />Hopefully, I have addressed your concerns. Certainly, I have gained <br />sane information for myself as far as responding to the question of <br />time of operation on annual reports.
