unlikely that equipment passing underneath will affect the lines. The operator is
encouraged, though, to contact the owner of the structure as to the need for a damage
agreement. It was noted on the maps that there are adjacent landowners within 200 feet of
the entrance across the highway. They must be notified of the application, and all
structures within 200 feet of all lands to be included in this amendment must be shown in the
application.
Bond calculation for this area will include amounts to cover possible gate removal, and
asphalt removal and revegetation of the area (if it is to be reclaimed as rangeland).
The application was given a preliminary review, and the review noted were discussed during
the inspection. There were no problems observed in the amendment area or the permit area.
