The operator is <br />encouraged, though, to contact the owner of the structure as to the need for a damage <br />agreement. It was noted on the maps that there are adjacent landowners within 200 feet of <br />the entrance across the highway. They must be notified of the application, and all <br />structures within 200 feet of all lands to be included in this amendment must be shown in the <br />application. <br />Bond calculation for this area will include amounts to cover possible gate removal, and <br />asphalt removal and revegetation of the area (if it is to be reclaimed as rangeland). <br />The application was given a preliminary review, and the review noted were discussed during <br />the inspection.
