General Cormlents <br />This was a carplete inspection of the mine site, loadout, and mine records. <br />The operator is to be comlended for the completion of the construction of the <br />east durp, topsoiling, and seeding and mulching, far ahead of the required <br />schedule. <br />All records at the site were current and in order. All sedimentation <br />facilities and structures were in good condition and maintained adequately. <br />The operator is currently shipping coal from the North-gate loadout facility <br />to a consumer on a weekly basis. <br />The Petro States oilwell site in Mann Draw was again inspected. The site <br />rsriains in approximately the sane condition as it has been for the last year. <br />Sore activities were evident at the site, and a small arount of maintenance <br />has been undertaken. <br />No drilling operations have carmlEr>ced at the Bourg Strip site yet. <br />423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
